Founder’s Message

Running a business is serious business. Being an entrepreneur and running a business organisation is  much, much different. When you are the leader of a business, everything that affects the organisation affects you as well. Blueprint Education is where our desires and determinations shine. It is a place which reflects our passion for what needs to be done and is helpful for motivating ourselves.

Do the difficult things while they are easy and do the great things while they are small. A journey of a thousand miles must begin with a single step. This is what Blueprint Education is about. We do not wait and watch the clock. We do what it does…keep going.

It does not matter how slowly you go, as long as you do not stop. Stop thinking ‘Outside the box’ and look what is actually in the box first. People are so busy recreating the wheel that they have forgotten what the wheel looks like. Look at the employees; look at the editors, look at the sales and the marketing executives. These are the treasures in our industry.

The editorial writes from the heart. A book without a pulse is like a person without a spirit. But no matter how good the book is, it will not sell itself. This is where the marketing bonds with the editorial. Marketing is not tricking people into buying. Marketing isn’t unethical or only self-promotional. Both marketing and editorial are about two things: creating lasting connections with people and focussing on being relentlessly helpful. They both form the spirit of Blueprint Education.

The pedagogy adopted at Blueprint Education stresses on a three-fold path of Educate, Empower and Evolve. Education remains after one has forgotten what one has learned in school. It is essential how we educate to leave an impression that lasts forever. Through this education, the learner has the key to unlock the golden door of freedom. This leads to empowerment. Though this empowerment, the individual evolves in a holistic manner. It is true that education without values, as useful as it is, seems to make man a cleverer devil.

In Blueprint Education, our emphasis is to focus education as the foundation of our future. It leads to empowerment in making choices and emboldens the youth to chase their dreams.

Our books unfold the struggle, the effort and the thought. The principle goal of our books is to create men and women who are capable of doing new things, not simply repeating what other generations have done. We have included the big-picture learning, critical thinking, perseverance, problem solving, creativity and curiosity. This will enable our children to meet the challenges they will face. We imbibe a real education values which enhance the dignity of a human being and increases his or her self-respect.
